Frequently asked questions
What does a soft close hinge do?
A soft close hinge has a damper built in, so the cabinet door closes slowly and fully instead of slamming. Our Blum hinge is a clip on type with a 110° opening angle, so the door is easy to fit and to remove when the cabinet is cleaned or reassembled on site.
What is a full extension drawer runner?
A full extension runner lets the drawer pull out completely, so everything inside is within reach, even at the back. Our Blum runner is 50 cm long, concealed so it does not show from the front, and closes smoothly. It suits kitchen drawers that are used every day.
