The data we collect

Quote requests and bulk orders

When you send the bulk order form, we keep what you fill in:

  • your name, company and role;
  • your WhatsApp number and email address;
  • the name, type, city and area of the project, and the first and staged delivery plans;
  • your list of materials and your notes;
  • files you upload, such as a list of material needs;
  • your consent to be contacted, and the language you use.

Your request list in your browser

Materials you add to the request list are kept in your browser, not on our server. The list is sent to the server only when you open the bulk order page, to fill in the material rows, and we only save it if you send the form.

Where you came from

If you arrive through a link with UTM parameters, for example from Instagram or our Google business profile, we keep them in your session and attach them to a quote request, so we know where you came from.

Visit data

If you press Accept on the cookie choice, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are opened, the type of device and which buttons are pressed, such as the WhatsApp button. Your name, number and email are not sent to Google Analytics.

Cookies and local storage

  • A session cookie that the site and its forms need to work. It holds the form security token and UTM parameters.
  • Local storage for your cookie choice (sj:consent) and your request list (sj_request).
  • Google Analytics cookies, only if you press Accept. If you press Decline, no analytics cookies are placed on your device.

We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Your cookie choice is kept on this device. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the cookie choice will appear again.

What we use data for

  • replying to your request and preparing your project quote;
  • contacting you by WhatsApp or email, as you agreed;
  • understanding which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. It may be processed by:

  • our hosting, database and file storage providers: Fly.io (hosting), Neon (database) and Tigris (file storage);
  • the email provider that sends request notices to our team: Resend;
  • Google, for Google Analytics, if you press Accept;
  • WhatsApp, when you press a WhatsApp button. You leave this site and WhatsApp's privacy policy applies.

How long we keep data
