How do I ask for a quote for a large project?
Fill in the four step form on this page: your contact details, the project, the list of materials, then review and send. You can add products from the catalogue to your request list first, and attach a BoQ or working drawings. Once it is sent, you get a summary that you can send straight away on WhatsApp.
Which files can I attach?
You can attach up to 5 files of 10 MB each, in PDF, Excel (XLS or XLSX), CSV, JPG or PNG images, and DWG drawings. For example a BoQ, a floor plan or working drawings. Attachments are optional. If a file fails to upload, you will be asked to send it on WhatsApp instead.
Can products from the catalogue and calculator go into the form?
Yes. Add products from the catalogue, or the result from the tile calculator, to your request list. They appear automatically as material rows in the third step, with the number of boxes. You can still add, change or remove rows before sending, and write in other products that are not in the catalogue.
Can deliveries be scheduled in stages?
In the second step you can switch on staged deliveries and enter the month of the first delivery. This is sent with your request, so the quote and the delivery schedule can follow the progress of your project. The approximate floor area also helps us understand the scale of the project.
How are my details and attachments handled?
Before sending, you are asked to agree that we may contact you on WhatsApp or by email about this request. The details you enter are saved with the request, and attachments are kept in private storage, not on a public page. The full details are on the privacy policy page.
